Dear Editor
Let me take this opportunity to congratulate you for a fresh look of the e-journal. Going through this edition, was a mix of proud and emotional journey.
The Events (gatividhiyan) section shows that all the chapters of the Dehdan Samiti are actively contributing to the cause, be it Faridabad, Ghaziabad or different zones of Delhi. So many public meetings and awareness programmes being carried out shows a sustained pursuit for the cause. The volunteers are regularly reaching out to masses to take the message further.
Even going through the shradhanjali section gives us a glimpse of all the ground work being done to fullfill the last wish of those who pledged for humanity.
Dadhichi is now a strong pillar contributing to the medical education & research in Delhi & NCR. We have seen multi-facet growth of the samiti ,not only Body donation but almost all kinds of tissue donations could open their chapters like Eye Donation, Organ Donation, Bone Donation, Bone Marrow Donation, Skin Donation, Hair Donation and Milk Donation.
The idea to publish a state of art e-journal and regularly meeting its deadline shows the level of commitment. This journal has become a common platform for the servants of humanity to exchange their knowledge & efforts to reach out to masses. This is also a boon for the medical fraternity.
Dadhichi Darshan yatra and efforts to propose to develop Namisharnya as a pilgrimage reflects the blend of Science with spiritual belief Samiti has for the cause. These Inclusive efforts of the samiti had recently been adored by the Hon’ble President Shri Ram Nath Kovind at Rashtrapati Bhavan.
This was also an emotional moment for the Dadhichi parivar. a humble person who has relentlessly worked along with his team of volunteers to promote the cause of Dehdan for a Swasth Sabal Bharat , passed on the baton to the new team of volunteers. It may not be easy for many to stepdown on their own and proposing a new team to pump fresh blood into the cause with a vision to knock the international platform and contribute for a healthy world.
This shows the strong belief Shri. Alok Kumar has lived with all these years, drawing inspiration and practising in life, true essence of Srimad Bhagwad Gita, to detach truly in all senses and surrendering the whole efforts in thetrue service of humanity.

“You have the right to work only but never to its fruits.
Let not the fruits of action be your motive, nor let your attachment be to inaction.”
An example to be followed by the Samiti volunteers in time to come for a healthy India!
