ऋषिकेश में समाज की पहल पर एम्स से तालमेल

ऋषिकेश के प्रमुख समाजसेवी श्री भारत गगन व पतंजलि योगपीठ के श्री श्रीनिवास जिंदल पिछलेे दो वर्ष से अंग दान व देह दान के कार्य को करना चाह रहे थे। 3 जनवरी, 2020 को श्री आलोक कुमार के ऋषिकेश प्रवास के समय यह कार्य वहां पर भी शुरू होने की प्रक्रिया में आ गया है। एम्स ऋषिकेश के एनाॅटमी के विभागाध्यक्ष डाॅ. बृजेंद्र सिंह से मिल कर श्री आलोक कुमार व श्रीमती मन्जू प्रभा ने उन्हें देह दान-अंग दान विषय पर लिखित पुस्तक भेंट की और दान की प्रक्रिया पर विस्तृत चर्चा की। डाॅ. बृजेंद्र सिंह व उनके सहकर्मी डाॅ. मृणाल बरुआ ने मेडिकल काॅलेज में केडेवर उपलबध करवाने की हमारी पहल का स्वागत किया।

फोर्टिस एस्कॉर्ट्स हॉस्पिटल के बसंत मेले में स्टॉल

दिनांक 1/3/2020 को महर्षि दधीचि देहदान समिति ने फोर्टिस एस्कॉर्ट्स हॉस्पिटल के बसंत मेले में अपना स्टॉल लगाया। दधीचि देह दान समिति के दक्षिणी दिल्ली के संयोजक दीपक गोयल, सह सयोंजक श्री दीपक खट्टरऔर उनकी टीम के सहयोगियों श्रीमती रजनी जी और श्रीमती स्नेह गुप्ता जी ने मिल कर वहां उपस्थित लोगों को समिति की गतिवधियों से अवगत कराया एवं इच्छुक लोगों को 50 फार्म भी दिए। दिल्ली मेडिकल एसोसिएशन के अध्यक्ष डॉ जी एस ग्रेवाल जी ने भी समिति के कार्य की बहुत प्रशंसा की और लोगों से कहा के ये पुर्जे दुनियां के किसी बाज़ार में नहीं मिलते। कृप्या इस दान के बारे में सोचें।दधीचि देह दान समिति फोर्टिस एस्कॉर्ट्स हॉस्पिटल का, मुख्य रूप से डॉक्टर ग्रेवाल का आभार व्यक्त करती है, कि इस अवसर पर हमें भी समाज के लिए कुछ करने के लिए स्थान प्रदान करवाया।

स्व: श्री अमरनाथ विग जी की श्रद्धांजलि सभा

2/3/2020 को पश्चिमी दिल्ली के न्यू मोती नगर में स्व: श्री अमरनाथ विग जी की श्रद्धांजलि सभा हुई जिसमे 16 लोगों ने फार्म लिए और 30 के लगभग पैमफ्लेट बांटे गए. वहां पर श्री राम धन जी, अजय भाटिया, बी के आनंद जी, शशी कौशिक जी, नरेश ढल जी, श्रीमती मीनाक्षी आनंद जी भी उपस्थित थे. मीनाक्षी आनंद जी ने लोगों को संबोधित किया.

Prayer meeting of Smt. Ravinder Gulani ji

On Tuesday 17.3.2020 between 3 pm to 5 pm our Samiti put up a stall at prayer meeting of Smt. Ravinder Gulani ji (who doneted her eyes and body for society) held at gurudwara Singh Sabha FB block, Mansarovar Garden. Ex- MLA - Shri Subhash Sachdeva ji and Smt Hema Jolly motivated the gathering for eye, organ and body donation.

Everyone appreciated and we got good response - 24 forms were given and 50 brochures distributed. Camp was attended by Sh. Balkishan Anand ji, Smt. Meenakshi Anand ji and Smt Hema Jolly ji.

सूरजकुण्ड मेले में समिति का स्टाल

वर्ष की भाँति इस वर्ष भी हरियाणा सरकार द्वारा फ़रीदाबाद में 01 से 16 फ़रवरी तक सूरजकुण्ड मेले का आयोजन किया गया।इस मेले में देश विदेश से रोज़ हज़ारों लोग यहाँ लगी विभिन्न प्रांतों की प्रदर्शनियों को देखने व सामान ख़रीदने आते हैं।

इस अवसर पर इस मेले में रेड क्रॉस सॉसायटी, फ़रीदाबाद के साथ मिल कर दधीचि देहदान समिति का स्टाल भी तीन दिन 14 से 16 फ़रवरी तक लगाया गया। स्टाल की स्थिति मेले के गेट न: 1 पर सब से पहले होने के कारण अधिकतर लोगों का ध्यान स्टाल की तरफ़ आकर्षित हो जाता था और बहुत से लोगों को इस विषय पर जानकारी देने का सुअवसर प्राप्त हुआ।प्रदेश के बाहर से आए हुए भी काफ़ी लोगों ने अपनी रुचि दिखाई।

समिति की और से स्टाल पर सर्व श्री राजीव गोयल, राकेश माथुर, नरेंद्र बंसल, विकास भाटिया, आशीष मंगला और श्रीमती सुनीता बंसल एवम् सरोज जी ने अपनी उपस्थिति दर्ज की।

रक्तदान शिविर में दधीचि काउंटर

अंतर्राष्ट्रीय महिला दिवस के उपलक्ष्य में मानव सेवा समिति, महिला मंडल के सौजन्य से वीमेन पॉलिटेक्निक, सैक्टर 8 में रक्तदान शिविर का आयोजन 6 मार्च 2020 को सुबह 9 बजे से दोपहर 2 बजे लगाया गया। इसके आयोजन में भारत विकास परिषद महिला मंडल संस्कार शाखा, जैन श्वेताम्बर तेरापंथ महिला मंडल, और रोटरी क्लब आस्था ने भी सह्योग किया। इस कार्यक्रम में दधीचि काउंटर पर नरेंद्र जी, आषीश जी, सुनीता जी और सरोज जी ने लोगों को देह अंग दान के बारे में जानकारियां फॉर्म और पत्रक दिये।

होला मोहल्ला कार्यक्रम

चढ़दी कला निष्काम सेवा ट्रस्ट द्वारा मंगलवार 10 मार्च 2020 को होली के दिन प्रातः 8 बजे से सांय 4 बजे तक मेट्रो गार्डन, नज़दीक दशहरा ग्राउंड, फरीदाबाद में आयोजित ‘होला मोहल्ला’ कार्यक्रम में श्री गुरु ग्रन्थ साहिब विद्या केंद्र – महरौली, अकाल गतका अकादमी-फरीदाबाद, खालसा ऐड, आदि ने भी कार्यक्रम में सम्मिलित होकर सिक्खी के आदर्शों को जान-समझ कर जीवन में मानव समाज कल्याण कार्य करते रहने की प्रेरणा ली| इस आयोजन में लगभग एक हज़ार लोगों ने सहभागिता की|

मंच संचालन करते हुए वीर सुरिंदर सिंह जी ने 2-3 बार समय समय पर संगत को दधीचि देहदान समिति के बारे में बताते हुए लोगों से समिति स्टॉल पर देह-अंग दान की जानकारियां लेकर इसके लिए संकल्प लेने की अपील की| समिति स्टॉल पर सर्वश्री हनीश भाटिया, राजीव गोयल और गुलशन भाटिया ने इच्छुक लोगों को जानकारियाँ और फॉर्म दिए| आयोजकों और सरदार सुरिंदर सिंह जी को समिति की ओर से धन्यवाद किया गया|

फ्री मैमोग्राफी जांच शिविर में दधीचि काउंटर

रोटरी क्लब फरीदाबाद सैंट्रल द्वारा लख्दातार सेवा ट्रस्ट के सहयोग से एक फ्री मैमोग्राफी जांच शिविर 15 मार्च 2020 को सुबह 10 बजे से दोपहर 2 बजे तक डॉ. तिवारी हैल्थ मंत्रा, सिही गेट, बल्लभगढ में लगाया गया। इस कार्यक्रम में दधीचि काउंटर लगाया गया जिसपर अजीत जी, आशीष जी, सुखबीर जी और मोहन जी ने समय देकर लोगों को देह-अंग दान के बारे में जानकारियां पत्रक और फॉर्म दिये।

देह एवं नेत्रदानी श्री कृष्ण चन्द्र मनचंदा जी की स्मृति सभा

देह एवं नेत्रदानी श्री कृष्ण चन्द्र मनचंदा जी की स्मृति सभा का आयोजन आज 6 मार्च को केशव पुरम के सी-2 ब्लॉक में स्थित सनातन धर्म मन्दिर के सभागार में किया गया । इस स्मृति सभा में सात सौ से अधिक व्यक्ति देहदानी कृष्ण चन्द्र जी मनचंदा को अपने श्रद्धासुमन अर्पित करने के लिए एकत्रित हुए ।

छेत्र के विधायक पार्षद एवं समाज के गणमान्य व्यक्तियों सहित पन्द्रह से अधिक व्यक्तियों ने अपनी श्रद्धा सुमन अर्पित करते हुए देहदान, अंगदान के महत्व की चर्चा की । समिति की ओर से उत्तरी दिल्ली छेत्र के संयोजक विनोद अग्रवाल ने परिवार का आभार एवं साधुवाद व्यक्त किया ।

इस प्रेरणा सभा में सात संकल्प पत्र भरे गए। सौ से अधिक व्यक्तियों ने इस विषय पर जानकारी ली ।

इस श्रद्धांजलि सभा में श्री कृष्ण कान्त अग्रवाल, जितेन्द्र जी शर्मा, नरेश जी गर्ग, राजेश जी जैन, एस के धवन जी, गिरिराज जी, श्री मती ऊषा साहनी, विनोद अग्रवाल एवं अन्य स्थानीय साथी सम्मिलित हुए ।

Shradhanjali Sabha of Smt. Hardevi Khetwani

Prerna Sabha of Smt Hardevi Khetwani, was held on 12.03.2020 at Jhulelal Mandir, J-BLK Phase-1, Ashok Vihar. Shri Mukesh Dua offered the tributes on behalf of Samiti to the departed soul and expressed the gratitude to the family for their bold decision for donating eyes which sets an example for the cause of humanity. He also motivated the audience for eye, organ & body donation. Pledge forms and literatures were distributed among 500 persons assembled there. Queries about Body ,Organs donation were answered. Nine duly completed pledge forms were received on the spot. Sh. Rajender Kumar, Sh. Mahindra Choudhury and Sh. Mukesh Dua participated on behalf of the Samiti.

Shradhanjali Sabha of Sh Mata Din Garg

Prerna Sabha of Dehdani Sh. Mata Din Garg was held on 16.03. 2020 at Sanatan Dharam Mandir, Kalyan Vihar Delhi. Sh. Mukesh Dua offered rich tributes, expressed high gratitude to the family for their bold decision on donating Eyes & Body which sets an example for the cause of humanity. He also explained the objectives/ working of Samiti, besides stressing the need/ importance of Organ , Body donation. The gathering of about 120 persons present there showed their concern. Nine duly completed pledge forms were received on the spot. Smt Gita Sharma, Smt Sudha Soni, Sh. Ramesh Bhatia, Sh. V K Gupta, Sh. Jitender Kumar, Sh. Mahindra Choudhury and Sh. Mukesh Dua represented the Samiti.

Shradhanjali Sabha of Shree Mahindra Kumar Jain

Prerna Sabha of Sh. Mahindra Kumar Jain was held on 18.03.2020 at Prem Bhavan; Karol Bagh Delhi. Sh. Mukesh Dua offered the tributes on behalf of the samiti to the noble soul and thanked the family for their bold decision for donating eyes. He explained the importance of Organ Donations, working of our Samiti and requested the gathering of 140 persons to join the noble cause. Seventeen duly completed pledge forms were received on the spot. Sh. Rajesh Jain, Sh.Mahindra Choudhury and Sh. Mukesh Dua represented the Samiti.

Meeting with Anatomy Department of Dr B S A Medical College, Rohini

On 18.03.2020 morning we had a meeting with Dr (Mrs.) Shashi Raheja, Head of the Anatomy Department, Dr Madhu Sethi, Dr Suchismita Sarkar, Dr Gaurav Thakre and Dr Saroj Sharma of Anatomy Dept. of Dr B S A Medical College to sort out various problems being faced by the samiti representatives during cadaver donations.

Shri Sudhir Gupta, Vice President DDDS, Shri Vinod Agarwal and Shri G P Tayal represented the samiti.

1^st Zoom Meeting 04.04.2020

On 4th April 2020, the core committee online meeting of DDS North Delhi Zone was conducted. It was the first online meeting of DDS North Zone.

Absolute well being of our Volunteers & their family members was discussed in the meeting and it was assured that in case they require any kind of assistance, we are always there.

On 9th February the event of opening ceremony of DDS North Zone Regional office was held and an open awareness program for awareness of eye, organ & body donation among the masses was conducted. Everyone appreciated the effort, execution and thought behind the program. During the event, the great patron of our Samiti, Sh. Alok Kumar Ji, enlightened us for the progressive and better future of Samiti.

Financial expenses of the above program were discussed which highlighted that we were able to manage our all expenses in the donation received from various personalities of the area. This was possible with the efforts of our volunteers. We appreciate all the efforts and dedication of our colleagues.

Work done from post utsav till November 2019:

• Total 18 donation processes were completed in which there were 17 eye donations, 8 body donations and 1 organ donation.
• 17 Shraddhaanjali Sabha’s, 17 awareness campaigns and various slogan panels in different places were displayed.
• 315 pledge form duly completed through these campaigns.
• In the period of lockdown various requests received for eye/body donation were not executed due to regulations of Delhi Government & Govt of India amidst the spread of corona virus.
• In the current scenario, we started the use of virtual systems and technology available to us. By using Online Conference System, we conducted a virtual face-to-face meeting with our core members to discuss ongoing developments. This was very much appreciated and was a successful idea. We will continue doing these sessions going forward.

Zoom Meeting 25.04.2020

North Delhi Zone of Dadhichi Deh dan Samiti organized monthly meeting through ZOOM CLOUD on Saturday, 25.04.2020 at 5.00 pm.

1. The Meeting was start hoarted with chanting of Gayatri mantra.
2. followed by paying Homage to the departed Souls:
1. Sh. Anil Mittal, elder brother of Sh. Sushil Mittal one of the members of our Core Committee. His organs were donated in AIIMS.
2. Pandita Rakesh Rani mother of Smt Divya Arya, Secretary DDS

Vinaysheel Oberoi 63 years old, cousin of Smt Sudha Soni another member of our core committee, Former Secretary of Higher Education, Ministry of HRD. 1979 batch IAS Officer of Assam Meghalaya cadre.

He was admitted in Medanta Hospital for 2 months for liver transplant. After doing great effort by all his younger daughter Naira aged 23 years gave the portion of her liver to save her father.

After the successful surgery of the liver transplant, he suffered a massive heart stroke in ICU and left us for the heaven on 11.04.2020

Sh. Laxman Deo ji, prominent RSS figure who devoted his life for this cause and contributed for establishing Uttari Delhi Kshetra of DDS in the year 2014. He pledged his body/ organs. But could not be carried out because of lockdown due to spread of corona virus.

3. Vinod Ji gave details of latest issue(32nd) of E- journal of our Samiti which was clearly shown over screen by Tayal Ji.
4. He also narrated the very purpose of asking details of each one of DDS (Uttari Delhi Kshetra) members and requested to send photo, email address and profession also so as to create a complete directory of our Uttari Delhi Kshetra , which will be useful in knowing each other and carrying out our activities in a more better way.
5. Vinod Ji in a reply of a query from Mrs. Ashu informed that Eye and Body donation is not possible due to preoccupation of Hospitals in Corona during this period because of a notification issued by Health Ministry, Govt of India.
6. Each of the participants was given an opportunity to speak regarding the ongoing meeting and their experience during the working with our Samiti.
7. A total of 28 members participated in the meeting which was conducted in a very pleasant manner.
8. Sh. Tayal ji informed that we have started sending the birth day greetings to all the pledges with DDS (Uttari Kshetra) Since 2012 as record available.
9. All the participants opined to request Sh. Alok Kumar ji to be amongst us in next meeting which may be conducted as per his convenience.
   The meeting was concluded with a song.
